YMCA DownsLink Group (YMCA DLG) believe that every young person should have a safe place to stay, which is why they hold their annual Sleep Easy event - to help tackle the root causes of youth homelessness.

Youth homelessness has many causes, from mental health challenges, relationship breakdown, lack of training, education or employment and criminal behaviour. 

YMCA DLG works to tackles these issues, providing emergency accommodation, housing, mental health support, access to training and employment, and much more, to give young people the chance to belong, contribute and thrive.

By sponsoring us to take part in Sleep Easy you can make a difference:

• £10 could buy an emergency overnight package for a young person in temporary accommodation
• £20 could provide a homeless young person a bed for the night
• £50 could provide a life skills training session
