Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page, which has been setup in memory of our Princess Carlie boo❤️ Who sadly passed away in June 2019 after battling an aggressive rare tissue disease named Desmoid Fibromatosis. The disease is made up benign tumours of which is sometimes treated with chemotherapy, as Carlie’s were unfortunately unusually very aggressive this was the route we had to go down.  Carlie tackled this head on and never complained, ever.  

The Teenage Cancer Trust supported us from our first appointment back in 2018 and continue to do so now.  They provided us with some special moments that will be unforgettable and even got Carlie boo on the tv.  But this aside they never ever excluded the rest of the family inviting us all to events and feeding and providing accommodation for them all when visiting Carlie in the Christie Hospital.

After her passing my work mentioned that they normally raise money for charity each year and this year it was decided that the Teenage Cancer Trust would be the choice purely for the above reasons and that we want to give something back so that they can continue with the great support for other families that find themselves in very tough situations, if not the toughest they will ever encounter. The help I have received so far from my colleagues is just great!!
