On 16th September 2011, I'll be abseiling down the my office building, the Broadgate Tower in London.  It's a 540ft drop, and as most of you will know I'm terrified of heights!  Anyway, I'll man up and do it if I can raise £250.00.  You are all more than welcome to come and watch me do it on the day - just let me know!

I'm raising money for The British Red Cross, which is a fantastic cause.  The British Red Cross helps people in crisis, whoever and wherever they are. They are part of a global network of volunteers and staff, responding to conflicts, natural disasters and individual emergencies.  The British Red Cross helps vulnerable people in the UK and abroad prepare for and withstand emergencies in their own communities. And when a crisis is over, they help people to recover and move on with their lives.
