Story

After a couple of marathons under my belt I felt I should step it up a tad and complete an ultra marathon.  So for my first attempt I've decided to do a 50 miler in June of this year.

Veteran's Aid? Mainly because they do amazing work supporting mine, and potentially your, ex-colleagues that may have fallen on hard times since serving their country. I had to set a target for this page but whatever I can raise and donate to these guys will be so much appreciated. Rather than having those extra couple of scoops down the pub donate that money and save yourself that hangover whilst helping support ex-vets. (https://www.veterans-aid.net)

I haven't really thought of a target time to be honest, just to complete it will be fair enough. But having said that I think if I get over 10 hours I'll be pretty threaders with myself!! We'll see what happens on the day but I will give it my best and in return all I ask is for your loose change to a great charity.

Thanks in advance and when I am back in UK next we'll have to meet for a couple of beers.
