So, once again i'm taking on the Three Peaks Challenge along with a bunch of guys from BAE Systems on June 9th, 2012.

This challenge involves walking the highest mountains in England (Scafell Pike), Scotland (Ben Nevis) and Wales (Snowdon) within 24 hours.

The three mountains have a total height of over 11,000 feet, and a walking distance totalling around 24 miles.

The aim is to raise money for Help For Heroes. Help For Heroes raises money to support members of our Armed Forces who have been wounded in the service of their country. Anyone who volunteers to serve in time of war, knowing that they may risk all, is a hero. These are ordinary people doing extraordinary things and some of them are living with the consequences of their service for life.
