Story
Hello,
This is an update to the original posts after the 1st attempt was COVID aborted.
The challenge is the same, the wall is the same and the reason same.
Thanks for any support you can provide as we take on one of the hardest coast to coast walks.

I am doing a mad walking challenge, to walk from Irish Sea to the North Sea along Hadrian's wall over 5 days. That is 140 km and a few thousand metres of ascent across Cumbria and Northumberland.
The reason for doing this is to raise money for Headway the brain injury charity.
I support this charity after they helped my friend Paul (Ket) Keightley who in January 2013 was found with a serious head injury after an evening out. He survived a prolonged time in hospital in a coma and when awake he was released with a wait and see approach on how his brain would recover. This happens as know so little about brain injury despite great advances in other medical areas. Unfortunately Ket's personality and most basic functions were seriously impacted and Headway helped with support, advice and listening. He was never able to live independently again, or do many of the things he used to excel at.
Sadly in the summer of 2019, 6 years after his injury Ket died from a related complication (aged 43). We will never know if this was an avoidable complication if we knew more. So please support this cause as I put myself through a very tough challenge !
Below is a link to the original TV report of the incident.
