Today should have been Tripp Roth's third birthday. Sadly Tripp died 4 months ago from the terrible disease that is EB. He was a very brave little boy and and he was one of hundreds of thousands of babies, children and adults worldwide battling this painful of diseases.

There is NO CURE for EB and the majority of parents who have a baby with EB did not know they both carried the gene until their precious baby was born. Many of these babies will not live to see their first birthday and for those that do, each day is filled with pain due to the constant sores on their skin and throats and eyes. Each nappy change is painful. Each hug is painful. Eating is painful.

It is in Tripp's memory and to raise awareness of EB, that I am taking part in the BUPA 10,000 to fundraise for DEBRA, the amazing charity that supports everyone affected by this cruel disease. 

The money you kindly donate will help those currently suffering by providing support for them and their family and also go towards research into finding a cure.
