I'm aiming to be an Autism Angel by completing the Richmond 10K Challenge on 17th October 2009 to raise money for the National Autistic Society.

About 1 in 100 people suffer autism, which is a lifelong developmental disability that affects the way a person communicates and relates to people around them. People with autism have difficulties with everyday life.  It has a profound impact on their lives and the lives of those who love them.

The NAS champions the rights of autistic people and aims to provide help, support and services to autistic people and their families.
