THIRD TIME LUCKY!
It’s 14 years since I was diagnosed with breast cancer and I’m so happy and grateful to be fit and well. I literally say thanks at least once a day. The support received by Macmillan nurses, amongst others, was invaluable during my illness and recovery. They need our support now, more than ever, and this is my way of saying thanks.
Thanks for supporting my fundraising. After it was cancelled due to Covid in July and September 2020, it’s definitely going ahead on July 17th this year. .
I’m super excited and proud to be doing this with my gorgeous and super fit dad who’s been putting the hours in for some time, likely to coast along the coast. Hoping I won’t embarrass myself with a hobble at the end! With 1 in 2 of us likely to be affected by cancer at some point in our lives, it’s important that we all support this very worthy cause. My dad has already had £20 donated by a complete stranger whom he met during a training walk in Brighton recently! A beautiful start!
