I'm running the Great North Run in memory of my amazing dad, Martin, who lost his 18 month battle against cancer last year.

I wanted to take on a challenge to give something back to the Eden Valley Hospice to say a huge big thank you for all the care they provided for my dad in his last few days, and the fantastic support they provided for me and my family.

Hopefully I will make it to the finish line as am mostly looking forward to the GNR beer tent at the end!!!
