As you all know Dad passed away from Heart Disease in 2011 so Iv'e decided to take part in the 10 Km Greenwich Park Run on the 17th August.

Heart disease touches us all. Every year, thousands die prematurely just like dad.  So lets help with research aimed at ending the suffering caused by heart disease.
