Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

We are completing a 10k walk of hope in Memory of my gorgeous husband Clayton Chubb, he was sadly taken from us far too young by a Oligodendroglioma brain tumour.

He was diagnosed back in 2009, Over the years he endured many gruelling treatments and fought a long battle with his tumour....He always kept in high spirits and lived his life to the full....He has three beautiful daughters who love him dearly, Clayton touched the hearts of many and had an abundance of friends.

Sadly the tumour won! Clayton passed away in October 2020.

He always supported the brain tumour research charity to try and ensure nobody else would have the same experience.

I am determined to fundraise as much as possible to honour his wishes.

Please support us in making this an epic Walk of hope!!

Brain tumours kill more children and adults under the age of 40 than any other cancer. Just 1% of the national spend on cancer research has been allocated to this disease. We are a leading voice calling for support and action for research into what is called the last battleground against cancer.
