At some point sadly everyone's life is touched by cancer in some way but many people don't know about Macmillan or appreciate them until that happens.  

Help me fix that please. 

Please sponsor my 5 day trek from the Dead Sea to Petra  where I'll be scrambling around like a nervous mountain goat and dragging myself over ridges..... facing ascents similar to Scarfell more than once!  The days are long and very hard - wouldn't be a challenge otherwise :) 

Yes I'll be proper roughing it, camping out every night armed with my little "pooh trowel" and dodging scorpions ( apparently "only the 7 poisonous types out there, wife" ). No showers but apparently I get some bog roll - whoopee.

Baking hot days and freezing cold nights await me.
