I'm taking part in the 10k great manchester run and aiming to raise £300 for NSPCC. This will be my first charity run and I'm sure you will all agree its a worthy cause. Every day, thousands of children experience abuse and suffer in silence. But with your help, we can put a stop to this. NSPCC rely on voluntary donations for 87 per cent of their income. Without our support they would have to close their vital services in just over seven months. Please make a contribution to this cause and help protect vulnerable children.
