It's that time of year again where SYNETIQ colleagues brave the Tough Mudder Challenge.

I personally did this last year and it was te 5k and it was a very tough one indeed! This year I am doing the tougher version of 10k even with injuries, its about pushing ourselves for a great cause for people less fortunate.

All colleagues will be raising money for SYNETIQ's chosen charity of the year - Sue Ryder. There will be a special prize for the colleague who raises the most money which I aim to gift to someone else too but I am competitive, ha ha, so please write my name when you contribute so it goes to my tally and please leave your name so I can thank you personally x
