After becoming a personal Trainer in 2006 its become more and more apparent to me that we all exercise for a lot more than just vanity , exercise for me personally has helped me overcome a lot of Mental struggles that i and all of us may Go through at some point in out lives .
mental Health effects 1 in 4 people in the UK, that is 1 quarter of our population - this statistic is predicted to be Higher with the Year we have faced, alot Higher in fact .
If you don't know me , I like to Run , in fact i like to Run a lot ( around 3000 miles a year to be exact ) so this next year any event or challenge i do i am going to make a pledge to you Guys to donate to this Amazing Charity -
I run because it helps me Mentally , there is thousands and millions of people who don't have this oppertunity or the ability to do this . if i can help through my ability to Run then i will
