30 January 2023, our world changed when our Legendary Mum was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s.
This isn’t our families first rodeo with it but, this one is hitting hard and so very different.

We’ve had some amazing support and guidance from different organisation's, family & friends so, I want to get all my arses moving in support of the research that’s being done.

I’m not waiting until February, I’m starting 8/1/24 when I return to work. Weekly miles achieved will be shared from my iPhone tracker.
