I have chosen to take part in what's been named "Toughest Event on the Planet" it's a 12mile obstacle course designed by special forces , includes getting live shocks, ice baths, cliffs , fire and much more. This is in memory of my brother Mark Alexander Shaw, who's  life was took from him shortly after he turned 21. Due too knife crime so many n people die each year. My chosen charity BKT is working to help bring awareness and to prevent people from this. Please help us!
