Story
My family and friends are doing the mile a day to help silverling, and I am doing 'have a chat with Nat'. To have lots of chats with people too and have a fun month.
I am doing it because the silverlinging brain injury charity is everything to me, my whole week has structure and purpose thanks to the amazing people who run the charity.
All the activities are free and completely accessible, it doesn't matter who you are, where you are from, what has happened to you, we are all valued and given support love and friendship to help us move forward in life.
I have so much fun in my week all thanks to silverlinging and I am constantly trying new things and new activities.
I literally don't know what I would do without everyone and all the activities, it feels like we are a big family. They understand with no judgement, they are always there to lift us when we need lifting, inspire us when we need inspiring, catch us if we feel we are falling and believe in us 100% to move us forward in life. They also help us enjoy and make the most out of life. And we get to do things I had never even dreamt I would be able do.
I would do anything I could to support the charity and my friends.
