This event was the brainchild of a fellow instructor, Louise Walsh. She had the idea of involving driving instructors on a nationwide basis in a fundraising event for Children in Need.  The route has been planned and the event starts in Ireland on 30 October and I am proud to be kicking off the Relay on the mainland here in Troon on 3 November.

Louise will be taking part in the whole Relay journey, sitting in each of the lead cars, travelling hundreds of miles and finishing in Birmingham to coincide with the televised Children in Need on 14 November. 

I have set up this page for my leg from Troon to Kilmarnock and it is for my own supporters and those of my fellow local instructors that will be joining me.

I'm proud to be part of this fantastic event and look forward to raising as much as we can for this worthwhile charity!
