Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

Ann was diagnosed with Lambert Eaton Syndrome and Small Cell Lung Cancer in February 2012. Lambert Eaton Syndrome is a very rare condition thats inhibites the nerves in the muscles from working. Ann was diagnosed at Addenbrokes and her treatment was amazing.  In the beginning Ann was in Hospital for over 3 months starting in Neurology ITU and then onto to ward A4. Ann was then treated under the care of Dr Ford Consultant Oncologist and again the level of care exceeded all expectations. We can not thank Dr Martin, Dr Ford and their teams enough for all the care and support. Dr Martin and the Sisters on A4 are going to put any money raised towards new equipment on the ward. Any money raised will then be matched by Allen for the Oncology team too.
