For those of you that knew my nan will know how much of a lovely, caring, friendly, Loving and well presented lady she was. Unfortunately she got Alzheimer's. Its such a cruel disease to watch somebody you love and care about fade away! to watch them get frustrated with themselves because they cant remember what they wanted to do or say and to see them forget who you are.
