Story

I have worked as a children's Nurse at Naomi House & Jacksplace hospices for over 6 years and seen first hand the amazing work they do! We  care for seriously ill children and young adults, and their extended families across the central southern England. We offer vital respite support, giving families the chance to recharge their batteries and regroup in a calm, fun and welcoming environment. In times of emergency we are  there, giving families the help they need through difficult times. And at the end of a child or young adult's life, we pull out all the stops to give them a peaceful and dignified end, surrounded by loved ones.

I will be running the Marathon with my Dad, he has always wanted to complete the Marathon with one of his children, so this will be extra special for us both! I am not a runner and this will be a huge challenge for me considering I couldn’t run a mile at the start of April.

I really appreciate any share/ donation to Naomi House and Jacksplace Children's hospice.
