I decided before Christmas, I needed a new focus for 2019 so in typical Natalie style booked on to do this half marathon without thinking about perhaps the need to train and also them big hills in Wigan!!

Tonight, I ran 11.6k  - my furthest ever  but all the way with my head saying stop and my old knees a knocking I was thinking about Marie Curie and how if I could raise a little bit of money to help another family like they helped us with nursing my mum in her final weeks through those very long and dark nights - one night's care is only £160 and they are like guardian angels to so many in their hour of need. Its Marie Curie month in March so if you could spare a little, please help me to help others.
