I’ll be pounding the pavements with my beautiful friend Mais on October 16th for 26.2 miles in the Amsterdam Marathon 2022, raising money for Cancer Research. 

Having lost my amazing Dad to Cancer at a young age, I am forever trying to challenge myself and make him proud. He, like so many others, was taken too young by this horrible disease. 

Cancer Research UK are working relentlessly for people to live longer, better lives free from the fear of Cancer. 

Over the last 40 years, cancer survival in the UK has doubled. In the 1970s just 1 in 4 people survived their disease for 10 years or more. Today, 2 in 4 survive.

Cancer Research UK’s ambition is to accelerate progress and see 3 in 4 patients surviving the disease by 2034.

So please please dig deep and spare a few quid.Together we can help beat Cancer… Let’s do this!
