I am running the London Bupa 10K on the 27th May in memory of my sister Anne-Marie and a friends daughter Megan O'Neill, who lost their lives tragically far too young.  Last year I ran the London Marathon in memory of the girls and rose just over £2k for the Child Bereavement charity.  I want to continue with this support for the charity who are vital in supporting parents and children who have lost close loved ones.

I know I am being cheeky and asking you all to give again, but even just a little will help.
