On 14 July Harry & Ruby are joining many other Aquanauts to do a run, swim and a bike ride all in the name of charity.

You all know how close to our hearts both these amazing charities are and you all know how difficult Ruby is going to find it BUT you all also know how determined and amazing she is, and a total attention seeker so she will love the whole thing!

Being part of something to try to raise money for but as importantly, awareness of these devastating diseases which we knew nothing of not many years ago is a massive thing for us but to see everybody making such an effort makes it so much more important that we do our own little bit!
