Story

The pandemic is having a devastating affect on people's mental health. Seeing this first hand has motivated me to fundraise, this is the second major fundraiser I've taken part in since the pandemic began. I hope you'll be able to support me again! Richmond Borough Mind's key strategic priority is expanding support and services for children and young people. Numerous studies have shown that young peoples' mental health has suffered more than any other age group during successive lockdowns. Your donation will enable Richmond Borough Mind to build on their schools educational workshop programme for pupils and parents, as well as employ a team of support workers. Youth mental health is often an underfunded area, unfortunately this leads to long waiting lists and many not meeting the criteria to receive support. Your support is appreciated, if you can, please add Gift Aid. Gift Aid increases the value of your donation by 25% and won't cost you a penny extra.
