I have decided to run the London Marathon to raise money for the Royal National Institute for Deaf people.

12 million people in the UK are deaf or have hearing loss and 7 million have tinnitus. Despite this, there are still so many barriers to work, travel, socialising and communication; which can cause social isolation and take a toll on self-esteem and mental wellbeing.

RNID do an incredible job of campaigning for those people, so they can have advice, support and most importantly live in an inclusive society, they also pioneer new treatments for hearing loss and tinnitus.

I am taking on the mega challenge of running the London marathon 2023 for this awesome charity. Every single penny helps, I know times are hard and financially challenging at the moment but would be grateful for all your support x
