I am part of #TeamWoodGreen and in January 2023 I will climb the mighty Kilimanjaro to raise funds for pets in need. It’s an incredible challenge which will see us face freezing temperatures, high altitude and an energy sapping overnight summit push! We’ve got our work cut out to even get prepared for the adventure as training for altitude on the flat East Anglian plains won’t be easy.

Wood Green, The Animals Charity makes a real difference to the lives of pets and people. Every year, they help thousands of homeless and abandoned pets find their forever homes. Some need life-saving veterinary care, others need care and love until they find their perfect home. Wood Green help pet owners, too, by giving them expert advice and support when needed most.

More than ever now, Wood Green are working hard to support so many vulnerable pets, particularly those who may have experienced some difficult times and have unfortunately ended up in need of additional support prior to finding their new family. The expert team work with so many different cases, some of which are emotionally challenging and always have the best interests of the pets at heart. They can’t do what they do without the support of kind hearted people who are willing to support the cause.
