This has been an extremely difficult and traumatic year for the world, a testing time for the believers, a time when we need to hold onto the rope of Allah tightly and increase in good deeds, especially the giving of charity.  We at least have food in out stomachs, clothes on our backs and a roof over our heads.  There are those who do not have any or all of these things we take for granted, as our right.

Let us this Ramadhan think of those in need and increase in our Sadaqah to increase our good deeds, which will take us to jannah, let us aim for jannat ul firdaus and give more Insha'Allah!.

In surah Baqarah Allah says:

Those who in charity spend of their goods by night and by day, in secret and in public, have their reward with their Lord: on them shall be no fear, nor shall they grieve” (2:274).

This empowering verse tells us that if we give in abundance,
we have no fear in death, Allah will give those who give abundantly a safe passage.

This year I am once again travelling to Iraq Insha'Allah. Please donate your Zakah, Sadaqah and fitrana to provide food packs. Each food pack costs £60 and will feed a family of 5 for a month.
