Hi everyone,

Spring has sprung and in just under a month's time, I'll be running my second marathon and what better way to do so than by raising some money for a charity very close to my heart too?

For those who don't know, very sadly, just over a year ago, my lovely dad died of a degenerative disease called Multiple System Atrophy. It's a rare illness with only one in 50,000 being affected and any money donated would fund care for individuals and families affected by this horrible disease. In addition, it would help fund their efforts to investigate and research more about MSA to help people  in the future.
