I am running 10K this year in memory of Ron Parsons who is one of my closest friend's father. 

The Roy Castle Lung Cancer Foundation is one of the least funded cancer charities in the UK, however, it is also one of the most crucial in that it is the only charity in the UK dedicated to lung cancer.

Sadly in October Ron's battle came to an end which changed Jake's life forever. I and all of Jake's friends were deeply affected by Jake's loss and so agreed to run 10K in Ron's memory.

I don't run and I haven't trained for 5 months so this is definitely going to be a challenge! Please sponsor me for a very good cause and to motivate me ;)
