Action Medical Research are the leading UK charity funding vital research to help defeat the diseases that devastate the lives of sick and disabled babies, children and young people. As a team of 4, we are taking part in this extremely tough dawn to dusk event where we will be cycling 88 km, canoeing 3 km and climbing one of the most scenic hills - 886m Pen Y Fan in Wales.  All these challenges must be completed between sunrise to sunset. 

I am dreading this already, as its going to be the toughest thing I have done so far!  

As a team we will give our time with training, we will fund the costs of equipment and accommodation, and give our all on the day.  So all we are asking from you is your support and donations so that our efforts will make a difference to children's lives.
