In September I will be taking part in a crazy cycling challenge. The charity I work for, XLP, has teamed up with Moonpig to complete the insane task of cycling 400 miles in 4 days through 4 countries.

I have never cycled further than around Bewl Water (13 miles) so doing this challenge is going to hurt my bum like nothing else!
