Hello there,

On Saturday 7th May 2011, me and Percy are doing Windsor Sponsored Ride. This is an 8 mile ride with 20 cross country fences. We're doing this with the Met Police Riding Club and we're raising money for Ridning for the Disabled and Help for Heroes. I'm sure you all know about these two charities and the amazing work they do, if you don't then you need to look up these sites:

Both of these charities are something that I support massively and I'd really appreciate it if you could too. If any of you know me well enough you'll know that I also hate cross country, especially on my very whizzy pony who happens to love it - a bit too much! I could have gone for a non-jumping option but the people who these charities support don't get a choice - given half the chance I'm sure those disabled riders would love to take a horse cross country and all those service men and women do things they don't want to do just so we can have the lives we have now, being put in fear of their own and their comrades lives. I'm doing these cross country jumps for these people, to give back what may only be a small donation but every little bit helps!
