I doubt there is anyone out there who hasn’t been affected by mental health problems or doesn’t have someone close to them who has. Getting active really does help you feel better, start to enjoy life and even make friends. For some people though this isn’t enough and mental health services are underfunded. I have made this page as I am going to donate a £1 for each activity I do. Please read this message and encourage people you know to get active and if you do want to donate to Mind you can do it on this page.
