Story
The Namibia Project Charity has been unable to fundraise during the pandemic. The reduction in resources combined with increased needs from our Projects in Namibia has resulted in an amendment of the goals and motivated us to explore online fundraising initiatives.
Rijn Brandse has decided to take up the Captain Tom Challenge and cycle 100 miles in 4 days. During the pandemic he has cycled over 16 miles a day and climbed more than 1,500 feet on the South Downs Way. To date he has cycled over 3,800 miles and is now looking forward, with your help, to complete this challenge and raise some funds for our projects at llKhuta!hoas Primary School.
The money raised will help protect children at llKhuta!hoas Primary School
The Namibia Project is committed to making sure that the children and senior citizens do not go hungry. The winter months, in Namibia are approaching and we would like to purchase blankets for the hostel and warm tracksuits for the children and if we get sufficient funds a class set of reading books.
• £100 could pay for a week's supply of protein food supplements for 75 children.
• £100 will buy 8 blankets for the children in the hostel.
• £100 could pay for 6 warm tracksuits for the children for the winter.
• £100 will buy a class set of reading books for 50 children.
WITH YOUR HELP!
We know that we can all make a difference and create positive change.
