Story

Thanks for taking the time to read this.

Yemen is the worlds worst humanitarian crisis.

The situation- 5 years of brutal war has left Yemen's healthcare in pieces.Along with COVID-19 is spreading at an alarming rate, but testing and treatment is some of the lowest in the world.80% of the population are in need of humanitarian aid, with 100,000+ dead.

Over 2M children have lost access to education and 3.6M people have been forced out their homes.

I don't think I need to elaborate on the cause..

I didn't fancy running! so instead I will be incorporating squats from my training sessions and all variations, Including split, Bulgarian, body and pistol squats.

Please donate whatever you can

Small change ..BIG difference

Thoughts and prayers..RIP legs..
