Well it must be that time again as I get the cobwebs of my walking shoes and take part in the MKA10K. Has it really been a year??

The event will be taking place in Willen Lake in Milton Keynes on Sunday 28th April - feel free to come down and participate.

Well this year I am walking for Lukaemia & Lymphoma Research, which was a no brainer for me as I was affected when I found out that my aunty had been diagnosed with this illness.  It was a shock to the system especially so as they say that it occurs more in younger people.  In any case it's never a good thing and having seen what she had gone through and knowing this charity from working with them before I felt it was important to support them.

So I really hope that everyone can dig deep and donate whatever you can and are comfortable with.  It is truly a great cause and you generosity in previous years has been immense and left me astounded.  Thank you for visiting the page and donating.
