Hospice UK is the national charity for hospice care. They help 220 hospices throughout the country to provide the best care (physical, emotional and social support) to over 200,000 patients every year at the end of their lives. Young and old, irrespective of faith, ethnicity and gender, hospices are there for them.

On Sunday 26th,  April 2020 I am running the Virgin Money London Marathon, 26.2 miles for this incredible cause that touches most of us throughout our lives, please do dig deep and donate, it really will make a world of difference!

I am motivated to run the full marathon and also trying to give back at the same time in the process accomplishing my goal to run the World Six Major Marathon. I have completed 4 of them ( Chicago a few times (2011, 2018), Berlin- 2018, New York -2016, and Tokyo 2019). Will be completing London in 2020 and hoping to complete Boston before 2022.
