We are walking the Yorkshire 3 Peaks to fundraise for Oundle Mencap Holidays - a charity which provides residential summer holidays for children and young people with learning disabilities aged 8-18. The route is 38.6km with 1585m of elevation gain and includes peaks Ingleborough, Pen-y-ghent and Whernside and we are aiming to complete it in sub-12 hours!

For me and my family OMH has been a big part of our summers as Ruari went on the holiday for a few years and loved it and I have now volunteered on the holiday for a year and loved it as so many children and young people love it and have smiles on their faces all week! This week is valuable for everyone involved and a pure joy to have so much involvement in.
