Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
I am taking part in this year’s Super 7 challenge during World Autism Awareness Week for the National Autistic Society. As a parent of two amazing boys who are on the autistic spectrum, it is a cause close to my heart. NAS provide fantastic support for autistic people, parents and professionals, and hope to transform lives, challenge attitudes, and create a society that works for autistic people.
Over the 7 days I will be doing the following:
Day 1
7k run
Day 2
- 40 kettlebell swings
- 40 bent over rows
- 40 squat & press
- 40 single leg deadlifts
- 40 curtsey lunges
- 40 upright row
- 40 Russian twists
Day 3
7k run
Day 4
- 30 mountain climbers
- 30 plank jacks
- 30 burpees
- 30 sit ups
- Battle rope waves 30 sec x 3
- 50 skips
- 50 jumping jacks
Day 5
7k run
Day 6
- 50 side/front dumbbell raise
- 50 squats
- 50 lunges
- 40 lying leg raise
- 25 crunches 25 reverse crunches
- 40 high plank shoulder taps
- 1 minute low plank
Day 7
7 mile walk to Caerphilly Castle
