Heart disease has taken so many members of my family at a young age by today's standards; my nana and grandpa at 68, and most recently my mum in March 2015 aged only 66 - we had no idea she was even ill, and she never got to meet her second granddaughter who was born 3 weeks later.

I am a big believer that what is meant to be will be, but if I can help even a little so that other families do not have to go through what we did then I will try my best!
