As most of you know this is mainly in memory of my late father who committed suicide and this truly smashed my world apart and I will always be broken.I  feel there isn't enough help and support out there especially for men! Scottish association for mental health also has a suicide prevention part to its charity...And if I can save one life with my donation. I have succeeded. This is also a new challenge for me overcoming the worst of my depression due to the loss of my father.
