On Easter Weekend (Saturday 11th and Sunday 12th April 2020) I am going to ride the equivalent of the the 283km from the NHS Nightingale Hospital at the Excel Centre in London to the Royal Gwent Hospital in Newport, all on my Indoor cycle trainer. 

I am doing this to help raise money to support the Staff of the Aneurin Bevan University Health Board who are working tirelessly to care for and treat people affected by the Corona Virus.

I know alot of people are being careful with their money at the moment but any donation would be gratefully received.
