Story
Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
We sadly lost our mum on 28th March 2021. She was an amazing and wonderful wife, mum, grandma, friend and lady who touched so many people’s hearts that she will be truly missed.
My Dad's loving wife and mother to so many was diagnosed with Parkinsons nearly 20 years ago. She also had osteoporosis for many years, which following a fall in 2004 caused six slipped discs. She was in constant pain but never took pain killers for the fear of them interfering with her Parkinsons medication. I, and we, still to this day, do not know how she coped with the pain. However, it never stopped her from having a smile on her face and always being there for all of us.
Our mum visited Myton on regular occasions for either day visits or for a few days at a time to get some pampering. She loved visiting and always had a story to tell - this was mum. Always making people laugh, smile and having a cup of tea.
In her memory we are raising money for Myton, a place she truly loved and cherished. We say a huge thank you to them for their help and support looking after her.
