Update Day after Ride - Well we managed to complete the ride, Me and Adam left off @ 8am, I arrived @ 1pm, Adam 12:40. Stu left a little later and get held up in some traffic so 9 - 3:50. Unfortunatly the traffic was due to a man dying as he went up the Beacon - http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/england/10362762.stm
Overall a very good day, glad we done it and would do again..... If there are any more of you out there who would like to make any donations for our efforts it would be much appreshiated.
Many Thanks

The three of us are getting on our bikes on 20th June and pedalling 54 miles through the streets of Clapham, Tooting, Mitcham, Carshalton, Woodmansterne, Chipstead, Gatton, Nutfield Marsh, Outwood, Smallfield, Crawley, Ardingly, Lindfield, Haywards Heath, Ditchling Village, Lewes and then arriving in Brighton for a well deserved pint or 2 :-).
We are doing this in aid of The British Heart Foundation. This is a cause close to our hearts as all of us have one and may be calling upon their services at some point in our lives, especially after completing 54 miles.
Were not too sure why we signed up for this a few months ago as it sounded a good idea at the time, however the ride date is slowly creeping up and we have started to do a bit of training in recent weeks. Jason has recently completed a Triathlon, Stuart has completed a 10k run, Dean & Adam rode to the Chelsea Cup Parade and consumed 5 pints watching two double deckers go past, Adam had no intention of riding back so we got the train home.
On a serious note though this ride is no easy feat for us and we would welcome your donations and support.
Please give generously as your money will be well earned we can promise you!!!
