I am raising money through my YouTube channel for the fantastic charity Epilepsy Action.

Epilepsy affects over 600,000 people in the UK, 1,000 of them will die every year from SUDEP.

I am one of the 600,000 people who have this conditon and only 52% of people's seizures are controlled. We are hoping to help change these facts. 

With your donations, Epilepsy Action can provide expert advice through the 24hr helplines, enable vital research to find new medications, influencing governments, keeping professionals up to date with the latest in epilepsy care and much much more. 

My Story:

My name is Brogan and i was diagnosed with Epilepsy when i was 11. I am still 13 years later, having seizures most days. I have frequent Absence seizures/Petit Mal and my last Grand Mal seizure was last May. These affect my life by not being able to drive, giving me low confidence to speak to new people and living in fear that i could fall and cause a serious injury at any moment. I currently take 2 medications that are working well but have tried 3 others that made me very poorly! I have learnt to accept the fact that it may not be ever controlled. I wouldnt wish epilepsy on anybody, it is an awful condition. I am now as a epilepsy warrior 🏋️‍♂️ trying to raise awareness that one day, we will find a cure. I have become a media volunteer, created my own Youtube channel and basically tell everybody i know about it!
