Story

About My Care My Home
My Care My Home is an organisation providing compassionate care and advice to older people and vulnerable adults across England and Wales.

The Challenge
We'll be taking part in Trek26
on September 4th 2021 by roaming 13 miles through the Brecon Beacons, so please support the team and the charity by donating to this worthwhile cause.

Many of our clients nationwide are living with Alzheimer's so by fundraising for Alzheimer's Society, we can support these individuals in more ways than one and contribute to the mission to find a cure.

About Alzheimer's Society
Alzheimer’s Society is transforming the landscape of dementia forever. Until the day we find a cure, we will create a society where those affected by dementia are supported and accepted, able to live in their community without fear or prejudice.
